The Final Month and Day of Your Wedding |

Services
The final month before your wedding is when all of your hard work, planning, and details really start coming together, and where an experienced eye is most crucial so that nothing gets left to chance. You have worked so hard to this point; finding the perfect location and researching and hiring all of the vendors, it would be a shame to let that work go to waste. |
Experience has taught us that it works best if all of the vendors have one (1) “go-to person” in the last few weeks prior to your ceremony. This eliminates any confusion on what is expected, and avoids any he said/she said situations. So, four (4) weeks before your wedding we will begin being your liaison with all of your vendors. Any changes or additions to your service agreements with you vendors will be communicated through A Memorable Affair.
We will have up to 4 more meetings with you to cover the following: i) copy and review your contracted vendor agreements and discuss final details of your ceremony rehearsal and your wedding day ii) the day of your tasting we will go over the details of the timing and layout/floor plan of your special day (At least 2 weeks prior to your wedding to have floor plan for seating arrangements) iii) Guest Seating arrangement consultation to create seating chart and place cards prior to your wedding day (at least 2 weeks) (very, very important as we don't want to be scrambling around, trying figure out where to seat people at the last minute as the guests arrive) iv) a final details meeting, usually 1 week before the wedding to discuss the final details of the wedding. This generally coincides with the the bride’s final dress fitting allowing us to learn how to bustle and (if dress is purchased at a local South Florida salon).
You receive... - Unlimited Q&A via e-mail during the final 3 weeks - Vendor follow-up and confirmation – we will make phone calls to all of your contracted vendors to ensure they have everything that they need to make your day as perfect as possible - Meet with the Site Coordinator – to do a “walk-through” of the reception site to discuss the floor plan, menu selections and timeline - Meet/Speak with Officiate to review the ceremony program, need for PA system, length of ceremony, and final words of your ceremony - Attend and direct your rehearsal - Create wedding music guide sheet for your ceremony musicians
